Tasting menu

Three set menus, for the evenings when you don't want to choose dish by dish — just sit back, and let yourselves be guided.

There are evenings when it is fine not to decide either. Three routes devised in the kitchen, each with its own pace and character — light, without measure, or entirely from the land. You choose the route, the rest follows.

Lightness €45 per person

A crostino divided in half. One passatello each. A second course that chooses the sea, grilled squid or tuna. A dessert each, to finish softly.

  • Crostino to share, between Three Crostini from the Plant World or Crostino del Lavatoio
  • 1 Passatello each, of your choice from the menu
  • 1 choice from the menu between grilled tuna steak or squid skewer with Zamberella
  • 1 dessert each between Mango Lassi and Elf Bread
Without Measure £55 per person

Roasted scallop, shared in the middle of the table. One passatello each, chosen at leisure. Then the octopus and the swordfish, both — because sometimes you don't choose, you keep everything.

  • Roast scallop, to share
  • 1 Passatello each, of your choice from the menu
  • Twice-cooked octopus and swordfish stuffed with mussels and pecorino
  • Bacchus, tobacco and Venus, tasting of 3 desserts, to share
The Garden €35 per person

Three plant-based crostini, to be shared between two. One dish each from the land, the choice is yours. One Elven Bread each, to finish.

  • Three Crostini from the Plant World, to share
  • 1 dish per person between Cacio e Pepe Black Truffle Passatello, vegetable Tarator or single-portion Moussaka
  • 1 Elven Bread each

Drinks excluded. Cover charge and bread included.
